Material Notes:
Description: Conoco Transmission Oil 90 is designed for heavy-duty, multiple-speed manual transmissions typically used in on-road trucks and buses, such as Fuller, Clark, Spicer and New Process. It also can be used in other transmissions that call for an API GL-1 mineral oil. Transmission Oil 90 gear lubricant inhibits rust and oxidation; protects gears, bearings and synchronizers; and controls seal swell. It resists foaming to better protect transmissions. Note: Transmission Oil 90 is not recommended for the hypoid gear sets typically found in automotive and truck rear axles. For this application, use an EP gear oil such as Conoco Universal Gear Lubricant SAE 80W-90.
